My name is Ejieme (eh jeh meh) Eromosele and I’m a 30-something year old living in Manhattan. I’m currently the Managing Director of Customer Experience at The New York Times where I get to help The Times sense and respond to its readers.

I worked for several years as a Consultant at Accenture and then at PwC, doing Strategy & Operations work within Customer Experience. My work experience spans many industries (Media/Entertainment, Pharma, Tech), countries (US, Ghana, The Philippines) and sectors (private, public, non-profit).

I most recently completed my MBA at The Stern School of Business at NYU with specialties in Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Global Business. At Stern, I was the President of Stern in Africa and also the Health & Fitness Columnist for The Stern Opportunity.

Two-time NYU alum. As an Undergrad was fortunate to have William Easterly as my faculty mentor for the Robert Holmes Travel Scholarship to Nigeria.

Here are some other organizations that I have been involved and/or worked with:
Starting Bloc Institute for Social Innovation
NPower NYC
Good Morning Africa
NYC DoITT – 311
Global Nomads Group

This blog was created in an effort to document my thoughts and capture ideas that inspire and motivate me.
